In 2022, ISGroup chose to be there once again. In a global context marked by widespread surveillance, automated decision-making, and regulatory ambiguity, we renewed our support for e-privacy XXXI – “Privacy between activism and science” – held on September 29th and 30th in a hybrid format, both online and in Rome at the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Law at Roma Tre University.

An edition packed with content

e-privacy XXXI offered two days of high-intensity discussion on crucial topics: automation of justice, predictive justice, smart cities, green passes, the metaverse, digital freedom, intrusive technologies, digital identity, blockchain, legal design, and the future role of the DPO.

Speakers from universities, public bodies, civil associations, and professional firms focused on the intersection of technological innovation, fundamental rights, and institutional practices. The entire event was held under the patronage of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

Not just visibility, but consistency
